Rapture is a word used to explain the worldwide disappearance of Christians...In a split second these millions are gone! (Rev 4:1,2)
The Bible tells us that "One day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day... After two days (2000 years) will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight"... (2 Pet 3:8, Hos 6:2)
Jesus says "This generation shall not pass" ...means he returns to this generation "after two days (2000 years), in the third day." Midnight rapidly approaches and only those Rapture ready will be taken on "that day and hour" therefore "pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man" in the day of his visitation (Matt 24:36, Lk 21:36).
The Rapture will be sudden and unexpected..."in the twinkling of an eye" followed by the deadly 7 year Tribulation.
Saved by grace...Raptured by choice (Matt 24:36, Lk 21:36).
